How much does a repair cost?

The diagnostic visit is $89, and it comes off the repair price if you go ahead. The repair itself depends on the fault. For common problems like a clogged drain pump or a broken door latch, we can give you a price range on the phone. Otherwise the technician finds the fault first and gives you a firm price before starting.

Can you fix it on the same visit?

Usually, yes. Tell us the make, model and what's wrong when you call, and the technician brings the most likely parts. If the part is on the truck, the repair happens the same day.

What warranty do I get?

3 to 12 months on parts and labor, depending on the repair. You get a written receipt with the warranty period, the technician's name, the work done and the final cost.

When do I pay?

After the repair is done and the appliance is tested in front of you. If you decide not to repair, you pay the $89 diagnostic at the end of the visit. Cash, card or bank transfer.

Do you use original parts?

We use OEM or manufacturer-approved parts. Cheap off-brand parts fail sooner, and a callback costs us more than it saves.
